Our property is an open-plan, renovated mechanics garage in north-east London that is now used as a mid century furniture showroom and unique space hire.

We have two dedicated photography areas and a mezzanine level that is often used for workshops of up to 15 people.

We offer high-speed internet, access to Coloramas, storage, daylight/ blackout option, a kitchen, WC and a changing room/ makeup area.

We also allow hire customers to use as much or as little of our furniture as they wish (Ts & Cs apply). The space can be hired empty.

 

The space is well connected—just a ten-minute walk (0.4miles) from the Victoria Line (Walthamstow Central)—and parking permits are available.

We are located in a quiet building with its own entrance that measures 3m across. The property has 60sqm of useable space. The ceiling is 3.70m at its highest.

External catering is allowed.
