Delivery and Returns

We try to keep our delivery and returns policies as straightforward as possible.

All shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process.

We aim to ship products within 48 hours of receiving your order, regardless of the size of the package.

Anything that will fit into a box is shipped via the Royal Mail. Larger pieces are shipped via one of our trusted logistics partners. Note, you will need to let us know your availability to receive larger items.

We ask that you allow 28 days for all deliveries. The wait time is likely to be much shorter (around 7-10 working days for deliveries within the UK) but we have to say this in case there is a hold up during busier times of the year.


Once you place an order with us, you have 48 hours after delivery to change your mind. However, if we have stored an item for you longer than 14 days, we are unable to offer a refund.  

Return the item(s) to us in identical condition (including, where applicable, original packaging) within seven days and we will be happy to offer a full refund.

We do not cover the cost of returns and we do not accept liability if an item is damaged in transit back to us.

Please note, we are unable to offer returns on sale items. All sales on discounted items are final unless the purchased item is proven to be faulty. 

We ask that you understand what you are buying. Some of our pieces are over 50 years old so please expect signs of wear that are commensurate with the age of the item.

While every effort is made to ensure all defects are either repaired or highlighted, human error can still occur.

In this unlikely event, please contact us and we will set in place alternative arrangements.
